Corrections, questions, copyright notices, and anything else about these guides. One email address, no form to fill in, and a reply from a person — not an automatic answer.

Email: [email protected]

This is the site’s administration email address, as set in the site’s General Settings. There is no separate support desk and no contact form on this site, so email is the way to reach the person who writes and maintains the guides. Please include the details listed below so the message can be answered without a round of follow-up questions.

What to Include in Your Message

  • The address of the page your message is about, copied from your browser’s address bar.
  • The device and, if you know it, the software version you were using when the problem appeared.
  • What happened, in the order it happened, and what you had already tried before writing.
  • For a correction: what the page says, and what you found to be the case instead.
  • For a copyright notice: the six pieces listed on the DMCA page, with the subject line “DMCA Notice”.

What We Can and Cannot Do

Messages about the guides themselves are the ones this site can act on: a step that no longer matches the screen, a limit that has changed, a link that broke, or a sentence that misleads. Those are fixed on the page, usually without a long discussion, and the reply will say what was changed. What this site cannot do is support a third-party app — it does not develop, host or distribute any app, holds no accounts, and cannot reset a password, restore a watchlist, or fix a stream. For those, the app’s own maker or the service behind the stream is the right place to go. Messages that ask for a file will not be answered with one: no app file is hosted here, and none is sent by email.

What Happens Next

Every message is read in the order it arrives. The aim is to reply within a few working days; copyright notices are read first, and corrections to a published guide are usually handled before general questions. If a reply needs a check — re-testing a step on a device, for example — the reply may take a little longer, and it will say so rather than leave the message hanging. Please do not send the same message twice; duplicates go to the back of the queue.

Your Privacy When You Write

Your email address and the contents of your message are used only to deal with that message. They are not sold, shared, or added to any mailing list — there is no newsletter on this site, and no list to join. How the site handles data more generally is set out in the Privacy Policy.

While you wait for a reply, the fastest answers are often already on the site: the Download page covers install problems, the Android TV guide covers the television, and the PC guide and iOS guide cover the honest position on those devices.
