DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

How copyright owners can report material on this site, what a valid notice must contain, and what happens after one arrives. No file is hosted here — but text and images still deserve a proper route for complaints.

What This Page Is For

This site publishes only written guides. It hosts no app files, no video files, and no downloads of any kind, so a copyright complaint here will almost always concern words or images on a page rather than a file. Whatever the material, the route is the same: a written notice that identifies the work and the page, sent to the address below. Notices sent any other way — a comment, a social media message, a form on another site — may not be seen, and cannot be acted on as quickly.

What a Valid Notice Must Include

A notice that follows the DMCA needs six pieces. Missing pieces slow the process down, because the site has to write back and ask for them.

  1. Identify the copyrighted work

Name the work, or list the works if there are several, with enough detail to recognise them — a title, a URL where the original appears, or a description that picks it out.

  2. Point to the material on this site

Give the exact page address on netmirrortv.stream where the material appears, and say which part of the page it is. A bare homepage address is not enough to act on.

  3. Give your contact details

A name, an email address, and a postal address or telephone number where you can be reached about the notice.

  4. State your good-faith belief

A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. State that the notice is accurate

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

  6. Sign it

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorised to act for them.

Where to Send It

Email: [email protected]

Subject line: DMCA Notice

This is the site’s administration email address. You can also reach the site through the Contact Us page, but email with the subject above is the fastest route for a copyright notice.

Valid notices are reviewed promptly. If the material is found to infringe, it is removed or disabled, and the change is confirmed by reply. If the notice is incomplete, the reply will name the missing piece rather than rejecting it outright. Nothing on this site is restored silently: anyone whose material is removed is told what was removed and why.

Counter-Notices

If material of yours was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake — because the material is yours, because you hold a licence, or because the use is lawful — you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It should identify the material and where it appeared, state under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the removal was a mistake or misidentification, give your name, address and telephone number, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live, and carry your physical or electronic signature. Unless the original complainant files court proceedings, removed material is restored 10 to 14 business days after a valid counter-notice is received.

Repeat Problems and Misuse

Material that keeps reappearing after removal is treated as a repeat problem and dealt with more firmly, including removing the page or section outright. The other side of the same coin: a person who knowingly sends a false notice can be liable for the damage it causes, including costs and legal fees. Notices are therefore checked, not rubber-stamped, and anyone sending one should be sure of their ground first.

This site hosts no APK, IPA or other app files. Every download button on this site is a placeholder linking only to “#”, and no version number is invented anywhere. If a file somewhere else on the web uses this site’s name, it is not this site’s file, and a notice about it should go to whoever hosts it.
